Terms of Service

By using 2oneness.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

2oneness.ai provides document conversion and AI-powered translation services for PDF, Word, Excel, and image files. The Service is offered with free and paid tiers.

2. Account registration

To access higher usage limits, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use 2oneness.ai to:

• Process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bypass rate limits
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission

4. Subscription plans and billing

• Free tier: Available to all users with usage limits as described on our pricing page
• Pro and Business plans: Paid subscriptions with higher limits, billed monthly or annually
• Payments: Processed by Razorpay. Charges are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Auto-renewal: Currently NOT enabled. You must manually renew your subscription
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period

5. Refund policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Exception: if a payment is processed in error or there is a service failure on our end, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. Contact hello@2oneness.ai for refund requests.

6. File ownership and content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your file for the conversion or translation you requested
• Send file content to third-party AI services (Google Gemini) for translation

This license terminates when your file is deleted (within 1 hour of processing). We never use your files to train AI models.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by 2oneness.ai. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for translation accuracy — AI translations should be reviewed before use in critical contexts

10. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing hello@2oneness.ai.

11. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They support the ongoing operation of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
