This privacy policy describes how 2oneness.ai ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our document translation and conversion services.

1. Information we collect

When you use 2oneness.ai, we may collect:

• Account information: email address and password (hashed) when you sign up
• Files you upload: documents you submit for conversion or translation
• Usage data: conversion counts, IP address, browser type, timestamps
• Payment information: processed by Razorpay; we don't store card details

2. How we use your data

• To process your document conversions and translations
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To manage your subscription and billing
• To improve our services through anonymous usage statistics
• To send you essential service emails (password resets, payment receipts)

3. File handling and storage

Your files are auto-deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not store your documents permanently. Files are processed on our server, used solely for the conversion/translation you requested, and then deleted automatically.

We never use your files to train AI models. Your documents remain your property.

4. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate 2oneness.ai:

• Google Gemini API: for AI translation. Document text is sent to Gemini for processing
• Razorpay: for payment processing
• Hostinger: for VPS hosting
• Namecheap: for domain and email forwarding

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 30 days. We don't use tracking or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are stored server-side. Payments are handled directly by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). All connections use HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Access your account data anytime at /account
• Delete your account by emailing hello@2oneness.ai
• Cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us

8. Data retention

• Uploaded files: deleted within 1 hour
• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Usage logs: deleted after 7 days
• Payment records: retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years)

9. Children's privacy

2oneness.ai is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
